In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilino2 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's account. jilino2's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.
jilino2 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts that were materially incorrect. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake will be returned.

Upon closure for cause, jilino2 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your jilino2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
